Satisfaction Guarantee:

Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase from Queen of Peace Catholic Store, within 10 days of receipt of your order, return the product undamaged for a full refund minus the shipping charges. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise we will process your refund. There are no exceptions to this guarantee.



Replacement Guarantee:

Any product you buy from Queen of Peace Catholic Store must be free of defects. Please notify us immediately if your product is defective so that your guarantee will not become void. You must return it within 10 days from the date of the shipment of your order for replacement or refund, less shipping charges. Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value, and we will first notify you by email. If you do not wish for a comparable item, we will refund your purchase price, less shipping charges. If you do choose a comparable item, you will not be charged for the replacement item but the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. There are no exceptions to this guarantee.



Damaged Package/Product:

On receipt of your package(s), inspect them for damage. If the package appears to have been mishandled and your merchandise is damaged, file a claim with the shipper (UPS or USPS) immediately. If you receive damaged goods in undamaged packaging, we will take care of the problem. In either case, let us know immediately so that we can help resolve the situation.



Payment Options:

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.), Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, pay by phone, and/or Money Orders.  All payments made online are securely processed via PayPal by default. If an alternate method to PayPal (one of the aforementioned payment options) is elected by the customer, we ask that you contact us to place your order.  All orders paid for via check are shipped after payment has cleared.  All orders placed are treated with the utmost discretion with your privacy our main concern.  See Your Privacy (below) for our policies.



Out of Stock Items:

We promptly notify customers if an order is placed with us that we cannot fill.  If the customer elects to keep their order placed with us, we provide an adjusted time of expected shipment/arrival dates.  If the customer elects to cancel their order, a refund is issued for the full purchase amount.



Cancelling Your Order:

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at 360-693-5031 or Orders are processed quickly for shipping. If you decide to cancel after shipping has occurred, you will be credited the amount of the order less any shipping to and from you. We accept returns - unopened packages only in good shape. After receipt of packages, as previously stated, we will notify you and credit will be issued.

Why did you receive an email from us? Sharing and Usage: We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

How can you stop receiving email from us? If you desire to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests, just send us an email requesting to be deleted from our email list. We will gladly remove your name.
